Laker Hall
Built in 2006, Laker Hall is a three-story facility that houses 112 students in two-and four-bedroom apartment-style units.
Amenities
- Equipped with kitchen, living room, and bedroom (bed, dresser, and desk)
- Features a recreation lounge area, tutoring/study lounge, vending machines and mailroom
- Free basic cable through Comcast (additional service may be purchased)
- Free 'RezLife' wireless internet access
- Free laundry facilities
- 'Laker Dollars' to the Laker Café are NOT included, but can be purchased for an additional cost.

Housing Options for Laker Hall
Two-Bedroom Apartment $5,833 per student, per year
(does not include Laker Dollars)
Two-bedroom, two-bath units house four students (two per bedroom)
Four-Bedroom Apartment $6,906 per student, per year
(does not include Laker Dollars)
Four-bedroom, two-bath units house four students (one per bedroom)
Housing contract for Laker Hall is for two semesters. Meal plans are not required; however, they can be added as follows:
- Silver Laker Dollars - $1,000 per semester
- Gold Laker Dollars - $1,300 per semester
- Platinum Laker Dollars - $1,500 per semester
Unused meal plan dollars are non-refundable. Balances transfer from fall to spring semester, however, if the student does not enroll in spring, unused dollars are forfeited. At the end of the spring semester, unused dollars are forfeited and cannot be transferred to a new academic year.
